I.The EntryExecutive Advisory
§ 01  ·  Exec. Advisory

Executive advisory
for the people decisions
that shape
everything
else.

Faith 1st is a private advisory practice for executive directors, boards, and HR leaders carrying the high-stakes people, leadership, and culture decisions that shape mission-driven organizations.

II.RecognitionWho we help

§ 02

The patterns
capable leaders
recognize —
and quietly carry
alone.

Most organizations don’t reach out because everything is easy. They reach out because a person, a team, or a decision is asking for more than the existing structure can hold.

  1. 01

    Leadership pressure

The leader who stopped sleeping but won’t name why.

Carrying a transition, board tension, or sensitive personnel question alone — with no obvious person to bring it to.

  2. 02

    Supervisory exposure

The supervisor doing their best, exposed every day.

Promoted on competence. Asked to lead people. Never trained for the conversations the role actually requires.

  3. 03

    Conduct & culture

The team that learned to work around a conduct issue.

Trust quietly draining while everyone stays professional. Culture work feels too vague; legal feels too sharp.

  4. 04

    Scale & systems

The organization growing faster than its people practices.

New programs, new hires, same informal systems. Founders or EDs holding too much institutional memory alone.

III.Architecture of supportHow support works

§ 03

Three architectures of support,
scoped to the moment
your organization is in.

  1. 01

    Advisory

Ongoing executive counsel for sensitive people, leadership, and culture decisions.

  2. 02

    Supervisory readiness

Practical, HR-aware development for the managers carrying the most operational weight.

  3. 03

    Coaching & facilitation

Quiet support for the individual leader or the room that requires careful, confidential handling.

V.PathwaysHow we help
VI.The procedureInquiry flow

§ 06

A clear path
from inquiry
to engagement.

Reaching out shouldn’t feel like a leap. Here is exactly what happens between the moment you submit an inquiry and the start of the work.

  1. 01

    Inquiry

You share context through the inquiry form. Identifying information stays with the practice only.

  2. 02

    Response within 2 business days

We acknowledge the inquiry and propose a brief discovery conversation — or, if we’re not the right fit, point you elsewhere.

  3. 03

    Discovery conversation

Thirty minutes. We listen, name what we’re hearing, and decide together whether to continue. No deck. No pitch.

  4. 04

    Proposal & scope

If we’re a fit, we co-design the engagement — scope, sequencing, deliverables, and the rhythm of the work.

  5. 05

    Onboarding & engagement

Work begins, held with discretion, within the organization’s rhythms. We leave behind capability, not dependency.

Every inquiry is handled by Katrina directly. If Faith 1st is not the right fit, we’ll often refer you to someone better suited.

VII.Institutional intakeContact

§ 07  ·  For boards, EDs & HR leaders

A short, deliberate inquiry is enough. Katrina reads every submission personally. We respond within two business days with either a time to talk or a thoughtful referral elsewhere if Faith 1st isn’t the right fit.

01

Identifying details stay with the practice only — never shared, never published.
02

Institutional intake  ·  8 fields
